I remember seeing those in the .XML file from the official data thread. I'm sure by the data you can infer how to get them.

So that guy is hacking the units that are already in the files but not released to the store yet.

Ya he's hacking. Hes not even attackable. He has the exact same number of losses as yesterday and whenever I see him I try attacking him and it always says he's too weak. His money keeps going up too.
