Mountain Citadel Tank Loot Item?!?!?!

Does anyonw know which level can we get the mountain citadel tank?? What's the stats and casualty rate like???

I seen it in my allies inventory...thanks

Casualty rate of all loot items are low. I don't know where you can pick them up on a mission. I think all of mine came from PvP. Check the loot farming thread, I haven't in a while. Could be there or more people to answer.

I just did a search for mountain citadel tank and came up with this link:

Only get them when attacking a rival. Attack strength is 10 and defense is 9. I can't click on it to see it's casualty rate. Now have 26 out of 6840 fights.

Thanks...i checked the loot item checklist. It does not seem to be there. Anyway the list may be incomplete.
