I have never had this happen, BUT I HAVE hung onto my skill points and not spent them immediately. The following day they disappeared. That has happened to me twice actually.

I did not get skill points for a level once.

Re-started app and still never got them.

This is most often due to a bug that lets you get skill points ahead of when you should. Say you were only supposed to have 100 skill points, and due to this bug you have 110. That means that the next 10 skill points you earn won't be credited to you as the game catches up with you.

If you send an e-mail to our support team they can check it out for you.

Thx Mark this might be the case, I will add up how many I have and see if it is what I am meant to have, if not I will send a support ticket thing
