Lft or Beach Night Club?

i finally managed to max out buildings i wanted and been saving up on an high price building. I hear talks of people getting lofts 1st for that 11,000 12hrs. is it worth it over the beach nightclub? i know im not gonna check every hour for 1,000 somin... ADVICE PLEASSEE

I personally recommend the Loft as it is type A building (if you're not familiar check out TrampStamps "payout algorithm explained" in Syns "best of the best guides" thread)... That and the 12 hour collection time.

Loft for the easy collection time, I don't like 1 hour building, can easily get rob, not worth it.

And it looks nicer with a swimming pool up top, totally ballin!!!

^what twinkie said. 12 hour buildings you can collect nearly everytime, 1 hour buildings are annoying.
