Lootable Vehicle

This morning while doing my usual robbery spree i came across a truck (this person had 2) in the defence category of someone i was fighting. Curiosity had the better of me and i had a peek at the stats and it was something like 31/19 i assumed it was a gold item however it stated the item was lootable only. I am kicking myself for not taking a screen shot and i am spending the rest of the day attacking everybody on my rivals list to see if i can find it again.

If anybody knows what this truck is or where it is looted can you please let us know!!!

There's a Pimped out SUV 19/24 Which is rare loot from the boss in the location North side.
You also get it by mastering the area up to level 3

Edit and the Mobile HQ car 19/26 also rare boss loot

I have a pimped out suv and a mobile hq which is 19/26, but that is nothing like the stats your meaning.

I wonder what that can be?

The person had two of them which suggests it wasn't for mastering an area...It was definitely a truck!

Dam that was it...Stats of 7/28 my bad...sorry to have you getting high hopes up. Where is that farmed?

Looks like Pier 13 rare boss loot as well as lvl 3 mastery

Ill keep scrolling my rivals lists as i was adamant the att stats were higher then 7 but than ks for the heads up

It is probably the State Car (19/31) which is a gold item. I remember several months ago seeing someone with three of them, and when I clicked it in the fight screen it said that it was a lootable item. (It wasn't open to buy at the time I was looking). I went on a massive search on the MB and couldn't find it.

This was a truck though not the state car although the stats were similar to what I thought I saw!
