I'm level 63 and the other player is level 63. My question is I have 2266 alliance members 2671 units. The other player has 967 members and 1261 units. I have a ton of weapons. Why can't I win any fights?

What is you alliance attack score and the other player's alliance defense score? Those are the numbers that really matter.

Deskjockey is right. At 63 u cn utilize 315 allies n bring 1260 of ur best unit to battle. The extras will be left at home untill u lvl up which u cn bring another 20 best unit

Buy the units with more stats. At level 63 you can use 315 allies and 1260 units. If you have 2671 units, you arent using 1411. Out of your 1260 units you're bringing to battle, your average unit stat is 10.25 total(attack 4.8 & defense 5.4) which is low. If you want to beat him you need to bring your average units attack stat to around 9. It will takea long time to replace your weak army with units with 9 attack average so I suggest you buy units with more than 10 attack and stock up on valour units(super hornet & stealth frigate) with over 30 attack stats. If you don't buy gold, valour units are the best way to increase your stat.

You need to buy stronger units to increase your stat. Youre average stat per unit needs to be about 9. You need to replace your weak army to beat him.

What KCh said--you want your units to have the highest possible attack/defense numbers per unit. That means that buying a thousand scouts (1/1 attack/defense) is a bad deal because your attack defense "density" is low. Instead, buy units that have high density, like the Super Hornet (for which you need valor points instead of cash to purchase--you get valor points by attacking and raiding other player and completing the PvP challenges the game gives you). One high density ground unit you can buy to increase your defense very quickly is the MLRS (also a valor unit). If you don't have valor points to spend, the ambulance is a decent substitute since it gives you 18 defense points per unit.

They are not enough--you need many more units with high attack and defense stats, especially since you are using over a thousand units in every attack. Having less than a hundred strong units is just not enough. That's less than a tenth of your total force that is made up of strong units, and even those are not all reall strong units (the warthog, the chinook, and the drone, for example, are weak units for someone looking to do what you need to do).

That's nowhere near enough. Either go into your news feed, find your rival, hit the revenge button and have a look at their inventory or go through your rivals list till you find someone around that strength and look at their inventory. You'll find that they either have many more units of 8 or more attack and defence strengths several hundred probably and possibly several gold units too.

If you're a free player most of your strength should come from valor units. They have both high attack and defense score and you can stock up on a lot of them easily and fast from attack goals. The problem is, the casualty rates are really high right now and by doing multiple attacks you will end up losing more than what you will gain. The units you listed are good to help increase your stats, but you don't have nearly enough of them if these are your strongest units. Around 1200 attack and 1200 defense out of your 6000 stats come from those 121 units you listed. Which means 1139 of your other usable units have very low att. and def. score. For valor units, get the stronger ones(super hornet, M270 MLRS, stealth frigate) instead of seahawks, strike eagles, avengers, combat boat etc..., which are the weaker ones.
