Achievements in the game center

Haven't seen any discussion re: the Achievements in the "game Center" on any posts. I assume they don't equate to anything inside the game. Please correct me if I am wrong here...

So where are you ranked for defeating enemies so far?

I'm at Dark Operator myself...

Elite Unit. I figure I'm never going to get the "army of one" achievement" unless I spend an unreasonable amount of gold, dedicate my entire life to the game, or until Funzio decides to combine alliance records. Instead, I try to get as many wins as I can while avoiding losses at all cost. I feel win percentage says more about one's tactics than number of wins.
