Removing goal arrows

Does anyone know if there's a way to remove the green goal arrows in your hood without actually completing the goal? I've got little green arrows over all of my machine guns, and the goal wants me to upgrade one of them to level 9, which I really do not want to do! Those arrows are really annoying (I have a lot of machine guns)!

Just upgrade it, completethe goal and be done with it. Thats the only way.

yeah, no way around it. I had a green arrow over that stupid gun for around 60 levels, now its firmly placed on my sports bar that won't go away until it is level 10.

Other ways:

You can sell all your machine guns... Arrows gone, too.

When you get a new 'upgrade this' goal, don't tap on the goal & the green arrows won't show up.

That's what I did. Replaced them with Gatlings.

Same here, just started building the Gatlings, missed the memo 50-60 levels ago (drat!) about their worth compared to other defense buildings. Stupid towers, lol.
All that time wasted when I could have been building 1 every 8 hours.

Once unlocked, build, build, build, fill in all the little spaces!

you can sell the damn building if it bothers you that much. that's what i did with my warehouses.
