You can use the in-game Funzio ID system to transfer your account from one device to another. You can also send us an email at crimecity-ios-support@funzio.com and let us know the following info:

-Your old character's invite code

-The UDID of the new device

-The mafia code of the character showing up on your new device

...and we can transfer it for you manually.

I've successfully transferred between an iPad and iPhone, but was wondering if there is a limit on the number of times you can transfer between devices. I'd like to be able to play on the go with the iPhone then use the iPad when I'm at home.

I've never seen a limit with transfers. I've done what you're suggesting for a couple weeks but have since stopped. The thing you will find the most annoying is that you have to redo the tutorial every time on the device you want to transfer to.

Do you still have your old phone?
Do you use wifi?
Fire up the old phone and make the transfer with the above steps that ghost provided.

You had to have transferred the game using the in game transfer before you turned off the phone. If you know the character Id (9 digits) and the udid of the old and new device you can submit a email to support: Support@funzio.com.


It usually takes a few days to get response, other than that there isn't much you can do.

You can not transfer from an IOS device (apple) to a android device.

Hi all

My screen on my HTC One X has crashed so all the graphics on the screen is all blurry and wrong colors and i cant see much, i need to send it to repair. But before i do is there any way i can save my progress in the game ?? (i've used alot of hours and on lvl. 102) or transfer it without doing so in the game, cause cant see much on my screen. Cause im afraid when i get i back from repair that it has been reset or deleted

Contact support and notify them of your situation, ask them to provide you with the information you will need so they can help you when you repair your phone. I'm sorry I couldn't provide more concrete instructions it's cause I'm not familiar with android.

The transfer from my old Ipod Touch to my new Ipod Touch was accomplished, but not without a great deal of fear and trepidation. I was able to transfer just about all of my apps without any problems. Those that didn't transfer I simply replaced. The one app I absolutely had to have was Crime City. I've invested too much time in this game to lose my stats through deletion or game transfer mishap. So I did a Google search and found this thread. Read the instructions...the same instructions submitted via the game, was one step away attempting transfer, and stopped.

What if I screw this up?

The Crime City icon was hidden on my new Ipod Touch! I could only find it via the device search feature. Adding to the confusion was the creation of a totally new game. I didn't know anything about transferring CC from one device to another, so when I first searched for CC, I started playing this new game. It didn't concern me until after I learned about the transfer feature. I stopped attempting to transfer after I entered my Funzio code into the second game and wondered, what if I end up with this new game that's hidden? This hidden icon was bugging the crap outta me.

So yesterday I'm browsing through my app updates and see a Crime City update is available. Selected that update and the game icon appears on my device for the first time. It was only then that I summoned the courage to attempt a transfer. The transfer was quick and successful so I'm pleased as punch.

(The darn thing still randomly crashes, but I can live with that.)

I should note too that I contacted Funzio with my issue. They kind of told me not to bother them with issues that were already documented in the forum. If the update hadn't arrived I'd still be wondering what to do.

That's it...just wanted to thank y'all and share my (mis)adventure. Say "hey" if you have the misfortune of stumbling across my hood (heh heh)!

Are you sure this is how to do it? My Iphone has been falling apart and I have been afraid of turning it in for a warranty replacement because I don't want to lose both of my games CC & MW.

This happened once before and Funzio was nice enough to credit me some gold for the money I had spent, but that was after only having played a month. I am currently on level 153 in CC and 140 in MW and I definitely do want to start all over.

Since you necro'd a useful thread, here's how you do it. I'm assuming both of your devices are Android, since I wasn't aware either manufacturer even made mobile devices.

1) Sign into your account on your 'old device' (Or create a new FunzioID if you don't have one).
2) Select Transfer Game
3) Select Old Device
4) When prompted for your password, enter it
5) Close the app on this device, it doesn't need to stay on
6) On your new device, go to Funzio ID (like step 1) and sign in
7) Select Transfer Game (like step 2)
8) Select New Device
9) When Prompted, enter your password.
10) Close the game, and restart
11) If that didn't work, contact Gree Support through your new device in the in-game app. Provide them all the details about your old account that you know...Invite code, UserName, level, mafia count, gold on hand, XP, Max Energy, Stamina, etc.
12) Take about a 3-6 vacation from thinking about Crime City
13) Resubmit your ticket
14) Pray

I am a really big fans of the game〈Crime City〉, and I have been playing the game for nearly 2 years.

Un fortunately, my mobile phone (ios) was stolen a few days ago, losing all information and records. My old character has more than 200 levels and I have dedicated lots of efforts on the game. Therefore, I really want to find ways to recover my old character on my new phone (ios).

Without written down my Funzio ID or code, I just remember some of the basic information of my old characters, including character’s name, levels and the name of my syndicate (I am the leader of my syndicate), etc.

Therefore, I would like to ask for help for finding any methods that enable me to recover my old character in Crime City.
