Dont know what the last mission is because im lvl 92 atm. Would be lvl 100 if i was able to attack, but im not so i cant tell you.

Anyways, most units have more defense than attack. So you can stock up on military ambulances and things like that to close the gap. You could also get a level 8 was factory and start getting some m270 mlrs's.
