So I just got one of my lofts to Lvl 5 n realized that the next level to Lvl 6 is
$80,000 jump. That's a nice jump concise ring the previous one was for bout $50,000

The next upgrade for any given building is the previous upgrade cost x 1.67. It costs 760,000 to build a loft, and 1,269,200 to upgrade to level 2. 760,000 x 1.67 = 1,269,200.

67%, an "intergerized" form of two-thirds is round enough, at least in the sense of exponential growth. Be glad they didn't use e, the natural logarithm base, which has a base of 2.72. A level 10 Loft upgrade would cost $6,158,343,785 in that case. Level 10 Nightclub would be $324,123,357,103.

hmm....any1 ever thought they might be using Fibonacci sequence number throughout the game? I haven't done any statistical analysis as I'm very busy with real life work but through a glance I am sure a lot of Fibonacci number ratio involve in this game.

Type B is kind of a Fibonacci sequence. It's beaten down from exponential to quadratic, though. True Fibonacci Type Bs would be amazing. They would handily beat Type A at 89x vs 75x. Level 9 to 10 would be 55x to 89x.
