Best weapons and how to get them?

Man, lots o' spam on here!! What are the best weapons to buy and or loot? It seems by the time I read a post on
Weapons to loot they are gone! Also, I don't seem to get many weapons when I fight someone. Lots of XP ( which I
don't want and a few RP ) what am I doing wrong?
Tried the Boardwalk thing at the booth and got 1 butterfly knife out of 12 tries.
Any help would be appreciated.

The mega-golden pea shooter, but its kinda rare and not known where its from yet. When you see someone wiith one, ask them where they got it.

For example, i go to a hood of someone with level 5 and he has igor's aks74, boss beanie etc. I saw many loot spreatsheets but there were only items with up to 20 attack/defense. Is there any npc loot spreadsheet or list of all strong items and way to gain them?

I agree with this guy. My attack was 700k when I joined my first real syndicate.. now it's at 6.8m

What was your level when you had 700k attack? I'm on level 13 and have 10k attack and defense. How can i quickly improve stats and which npcs and cities (available at my level) have most powerful loot items?

Don't do any npc's. Join a syndicate and do the raid boss events. You get better weapons and minimal xp.

Starting easiest raid boss event costs 10 uzis, will be uzis returned (perhaps with interests :D) after successful completing the event? If not, then i think i should donate uzis before i start an event.

Stats don't matter anymore. Just play for free and try to make the best of it. Until Gree figures out a way to match rivals based on a system that makes sense, nothing you do matters.

Just make sure you don't pay Gree... it's like paying a monkey to throw his poop in your face. He won't know what to do with the money and you'll have shipoopy all over you.
