News feed not reporting lost units

This morning my overnight news feed reads you won 0 were attacked by xxxx, no mention of unit losses. However, my defense has dropped from 10360 to 10146, both figures are correctly updated as the last thing I did last night was buy units wih my out of vault cash which always updates the profile. To me this looks like fighting off multiple attacks with several unit losses but it's not reported. Looking through my inventory I can't see what I lost either so I think tonight I do the totally anal thing an make a complete inventory of my units as my last move of the day, and add my current fights won and lost to it too just to see.

Strike all that the real issue seems to be all my defense building now show 0 strength!

Yes I can confirm that my defense buildings show 0 strenght as well today.

I can also confirm that the reports of lost units in the news feed are bogus. I regularly keep a detailled spreadsheet of my inventory, and I can attest that this issue is definitely not recent.
