Richer or Hacker?

I just met a strong player that I never saw.
He is not a gold player. He does not have any gold units.
His profile: Level 70
Missions Completed: 1273
Fights Won: 2819
Fights Lost: 311
Successful Raids: 25
Failed Raids: 2

Alliance Member: 385
Units: 19578
Alliance Attack: 58K
Alliance Defense: 49K
Income per hour: 901K

When checked his inventory, I was surprised.
He has Super Hornet = 7503 units.
He would spend 350 valors X 7503 = 2626050 valors
Is it possible to get that much valors?
If we think about his profile, I don't think he would be able to get that much valors.

He also has Nuclear Sub = 10488 units.
He would spend $6.2M X 10488 = $ 65025.6M
He would spend over $4000 real cash to buy Nuclear Sub, but I don't think he spent that money.

Mind sharing the name? Try looking at his posts and see if he leaves any comments to others. That does seem very strange. Every time someone sees high numbers thy always scream hacker or funzio employee, but I have purchased huge numbers of valour units, and lost a lot since they are so easy to lose. I'm at level 114 and I don't think I've come close to that many valour points. Could be wrong, buti don't think so.
