need some help with building my hood

Hi!
Im wondering if someone could give me some pointers about my hood, what money building i should keep/sell and if there are any building i should have that i dont..

This is a list of what i got..

Pawn shop lvl 4 & 5
Bagel shop lvl 2 & 2
House lvl 6 & 7
Meat factory lvl 1 & 1
Basketball Court lvl 9 & 10
Italian Restaurant lvl 6 & 6
Ice cream shop lvl 10 & 10
Warehouse lvl 2 & 2
History museum lvl 2 & 1
Movie Theatre lvl 2 & 3
Wholesale warehouse lvl 1 & 1
Fish Store lvl 1 & 4
Dominican restaurant lvl 2 & 1
Loft lvl 1 & 1
Comedy club under construction..

Because expansions are so expsensive at later stages i dont want to build every building, so i have tried to only build the ones that i want to keep later.. i think i have done some mistakes.. Should i drop fish store, bagel shop, warehouse and meat factory?
Is there any building i dont have that are so good that i should build them?

It's not worth selling until you run out of space and and you need to think about how often you play. I only have money invested in 12, 24 and 48 hour buildings so I can collect them at the same time every day. If you are on a lot more you can get buildings that pay out every 4 or 8 hours.

i am lvl 35.. I didnt actually mean to sell the buildings now, just dont upgrade them and sell them when i need the space..

I login often enough to have 3-48 hour, i have tried to avoid laundromats and one hours..
