Building Upgrade costs/time to complete

Can anyone provide me with the link for the list of bu8ilding upgrade costs and time to complete. I could have sworn that I bookmarked it before but cant find it and I tried a search on these forums and couldn't find it either.

Thanks, I followed the link and it says I have to request permission to access. I did so but no access yet.
Is this normal protocol?

hah! i was wondering how i got a request on my copy of the spreadsheet!! edited my original post with the correct link, make sure you follow the instructions on the cover page.
