Just figured if we had a thread where we all voiced our concerns about how awful all the spamming is right now, maybe we'd be able to talk them into picking a mod or two finally!!

I come to the forum these days a lot more often, as i've been spending a lot of time playing the game. Its getting increasingly annoying having to skip close to half the threads on the first page because they're gibberish or posts selling stuff.

Its also really ****ty that many of the big threads we create eventually get over run by spam.

Anyways, I've seen a lot of complaints about this lately so hopefully concentrating this here will help.

You'd think if they just got sum cash To expand the company they could at least live up to what their homepage advertised. Those comments that portray cc as incredible are mistaken, look in the forums. The game needs work sadly looks like venture is going to be taken to the cleaners at the cost of 20 mil. Eek bad investment maybe if **** don't work out venture can email the support team and wait forever to have their issue resolved to. 4 of of 20 topics on the first page are actually about crime city. If this continues the forum is no longer worth visiting for me, and my time spent on crime city will drop greatly, eventually quitting completely. This game is in too bad of shape right now to have a forum like this.

I mean there's no point in using THIS forum anyways since the devs don't even answer our questions, let bots spam the whole forum (sometimes seems there's more spam than actual posts), keep people like madhatter and his family hangin around for WAY too long, and last but not least take advantage of our posts and reduces drop rates and stuff.
Let us create our own crime city forum and leave funzio to the rats!!!

I'm sure we have enough of the forum regulars to take our conversations else where.... if it came to that and the spam bots keep posting about "bending your rod" and "size matters", Have you tried keflex? Do you lke Cialis? Ectc..etc...its getting old fast, and takes up the whole front page on most days.

I'm sure there is enough people to make a small forums of our own.

I suggested the same thing in another thread. It looks like the spam parade has ceased for the moment, so maybe things will get better. Either way, I would jump over to a newly created forum if that is what the majority wanted.

Same here and it's always the same response "we are working on it" it's frustrating because honestly I still have issues now that existed 3 or 4 updates ago. And you'd think the responsible thing to do would be to give your players a great game and then pursue another instead of 2 half assed ones and like the above said I feel the only help I ever receive is from other players the staff have yet to assist me with a problem even after emails have been sent. Lastly the further iget in cc the happier I am I didn't spend a dime the cost of all items from buildings to weapons and decorations is crazy you pay An enormous amount for something that has the same value as cheaper stuff throughout the game

Someone (one of you obviously, not me as I cbf) needs to take a close look at these spammers. I'd bet that every one of these companies can eventually be traced to an organization somewhere under IDG. This forum is nothing more than a way to facilitate promotion for other businesses within the "family".

CJ54 - there are plenty of forums that use verification in order to allow someone to join. If you guys don't have that level of protection, it is something to think about. Also track valid emails (not ghosts like these guys use). This kind of spam never occurs in the automotive forums that I am a member of...
