Trying to build one and guess as silly as it is thought it was on land from the "dry".

I can't put this down so guessing it goes in sea which in hind sight makes sence, I am already upgraded a fair bit so it takes days to expand so want to make sure i get the right location and don't do the wrong place. I have checked all rivals but no one at my level seems to have one yet.

Does this go on

1/ a land and sea square
2/ a complete sea square
3/ a complete land square

Thanks

I built one part land part sea effectively first square that goes into the sea.

Only goes on 1/ a land and sea square

It requires a minimum of 4 building squares on land along it's edge. I'm not certain on the minimum number of sea squares. From where you start, I believe the west most sea expansion is a good candidate for placing it (for the expansion to the south-east of that, you'll need to build 1 building square into your already existing land space).

I hope this helps - I figured this out by determining it didn't go on sea only! Boy was I disappointed (especially since I'm still waiting to actually build it).

My dry dock is about half on land and half in the sea, I'd post a picture if I could figure out how to make it embed in the thread rather than open as an attachment, bit off topic but if anybody knows please enlighten me. I've only seen oil rigs completely in the sea.

Thanks for the help all. Will it work in the sqaure next to your dock or is that too much of a sea square.
