Boardwalk not dropping.

I've noticed ever since this whole mossberg 590 deal and that other gun that I have received only 1 m4a1.... I usually get at least 6 a day and I've gotten I think 6 in 3 days. Anyone else notice this?

it's difficult to predict a trend based on a single day or even a few days of observation. there have been several threads posted in the past with reports of decreasing M4A1 drops, but the idea never got traction, because the drop rates have been consistent for at least the last two months. it's probably wise to reserve judgement for a couple of more days. my personal average is ~4/day. i usually post monthly updates (next one beginning of february), but looking at the last 11 days, i can report that my daily drop rate is 3.9(not changed from previous days). i even had 2 M4A1s as i was posting this message. i think the low drop rate you are experiencing may be due to chance.

normal drop rates for me today too. About 5 so far.

It seems you are ahving a bad day. I get days where I get none at all too. Tomorrow will be better! :)

I'm not one to talk as I don't farm them only have 4 but the trick to get them easier on junkyard is

Hit the grey scrap box first if it drops a swat pistol on the first go, then hit the blue scrap box and believe it or not the m4's start dropping why? hell knows.

could be fluke, before I got to junkyard i farmed the blue scrap box i got only 2 then left farming it carried on with the map
So now I'm doing junkyard, on mastery lvl 1 I only got the rubbish shrapnal gun at the end from joe, then on mastery lvl 2 I hit the blue scrap box nothing went around doing the map got to the grey box hit it got a swat pistol hit it again (second time was accident) got another swat.
At the time I had enough to energy to hit the 2 scrap boxes (orange @ 96energy & grey @ 60) but by accidentally hitting the grey box twice I didn't have enough energy to hit the orange scrap box so I hit the blue box and the m4 dropped.
So that means I should have 3 m4 and 2 swats then on mastery lvl 3 no drop lvl 4 got another swat hit the blue scrap got another m4 on the next hit

Should try it 10 time to confirm anyway but it just something I came across

Tried it a few time, when nothing come out the grey scrap box nothing come out the blue

Will confirm this theory when the next time I get a swat pistol drop

Not had a drop now for 3 days from boardwalk, it's crazy how some people still getting normal drops, some more and some none at all
What gives???

I know this is unconfirmed and likely not what is actually going on, but is feels like there is a sweet spot in my day where I'll get 5-6 per full bar energy dump (1750) and all other times it's only like 2 or 3.
