How is this possible when I make ~20k per hour, I had 100k in my BANK, 0 on hand and I emptied cashed in 2-3 hours ago? Maximum I can get from one building is ~21k.

no idea man, i have same problem to no buildings to collect from but i get a notification saying i was robbed 1 minute ago lol

Most likely a delayed thing. Its a win win for both guys really...

I assume they were from 12/24/48 hr buildings. Collecting all of these on synchronized schedules can look like this.
