You can download your avatar picture from your computer or a picture hosting website but it must be no bigger than 150x150. Clicc on notifications at the top of the page then clicc inbox, once you are on the next page look to the left hand column and you will see "edit avatar"....This is where you can add your own avatar. I found it easier to use a 3rd party picture hosting site like photobucket.com. You can upload a picture there and then manually enter in the size 150x150 and it will resize the picture for you and provide you with a direct link to the picture for you to use here when you are ready to post it.
