Maybe Im just sad that I saw 8 million leave my bank along with to failed attacks from noobs to take a piece (lol), but I dont know if it was a good choice. I was wondering if I should have continued saving? I am level 111 btw. What do you all think?

Congratulations. Nice addition to your hood. I think it is a good buy as long as you have a healthy economy and have upgraded your other buildings to the point where the income from the condo is a good investment. I definitely cannot afford a condo right now. 8 Mil wow!

Once you start building condos an hotels and get pirates tavern etc. income shoots up. I went from 110k to 178k in one week. Now I collect 4.3mil a day, about 3.9 after I bank it and I only have 8 hour plus buildings, so I never get robbed. It's nice :)

Im terrible when it comes to staying ontop of my buildings. Most the moeney I don't collect goes to a forum member anyway so its all good.

I would feel sad getting rid of my 3hour buildings too, some of them look nice.

Upgrading the lower level 'cheap' buildings is a great way of saving moeny for the big stuff. I can not wait until the gent clubs. I had 330gold for what seems like ages. Stil 4 1/2 levels worth of exp until I can get them too. How long did it take to bulid the condo?

Congratulations! I bought two condos, they are well worth the 12-hr income. Only complaint is FOUR DAYS for one of them to build! yikes.

Anubis - I know what you mean about 3-hr buildings. I'm not always up on my chapels, an easy target for someone. And for these 100, 125, and 150 building goals I have to keep the 3s and 6s around (and basically ignore them).

yeah if I get a problem with a robber/rival especially, I won't touch the 3hours until they get fed up and go away.

Edit: Its also amazing how ppl will use masses of stamina just to get a hit on a chappel. Its only 2K a hit for christs sake.

Building my 2nd condo right now. Wanted to get them in before the Taverns, which I am one level away from. It is a long build time, for sure. Upgrades at a cool 13 mil as well....yikes. I guess it's just a number.

I normally ignore you now since your level has fallen a bit behind mine but might have to stop by now and see if I can get a piece of it. I will probably build one or two myself in the next week or so now incomce has pick up a lot

I built my first one about a day ago. I make about 2 mil a day so I'm going to do cheap upgrades and build another one right after. Then I'll continue on and build credit agencies after that(i'm 115 right now) then hotels and gents clubs. By that time my upgrades should feel like nothing. But the timeline on that is about 25 to 30 days.

P.s if anyones wondering the building times for the credit agencies, hotels and condos are all 4 days.

Pirate taverns take 5 minutes to build, an advantage of gold buildings.
