The old rival list is back!

I'm level 145 and I finally see players from level 100. But the problem is that every player is too beat up...

Did anyone get the old rival list?

Do you think it will stay that way?

Man I have mixed feelings ram. I dont see any good buildings to rob anymore :(. But i am seeing lower levels again

I could see players up to level 160 for about 5-10 minutes. Seems to have gone back to normal now. There are players at that level that I can beat, I saw lots, but they were too beat up already. Seems strange considering I don't have excellent stats for my level, IMO. Or is that the entire reason why having high stats by mid level is important? Are stat improvements a lot more difficult and slow to acquire at higher levels?

I'm level 91 and had a level 141 on the rival list. I went in for a peek and saw a few Rock Cafes waiting to be hit but way too much defense to touch at my level

I don't believe it when it says that a rival is "too beat up". Sometimes it is the server failing to get a good connection. If I tap on the "beaten up" guy several times, sometime I can get attacks in as the server connection improves.

I've left progressively more "bait" money available, up to $1 million before I actually spent it. I'm no longer being attacked by people 5 levels higher and 3x the mafia. However, I have so many M4s at this point where they may me passing me over or may be the guys losing every few hours.
