What is the mathematics behind stats?

so far ive been trying to find the secret behind the stats. Ive maxed out my mafia for the level im at so i dont see a increase like i did when i was at a lower level. I also have alot of weapons and defense buildings upgraded a few levels. I just want to know whats the muliple behind it does anyone know?
