I found a hood today that had 3 barber shops. Can't you only have 2 of any given building?

That's a known glitch. Doesn't compare to four houses or four brownstones though. If you really care that much you can email Funzio and tell them about it.

I saw two warehouses combined, 3 houses and 4 pawn shops. All in one hood! I didn't report it though because i didn't know how to take a screenshot at that time so...

From what I understand one needs to generate lag on his network connection such that the local client updates before the server. You could try yanking the Cat5 from your wireless access point and building before the iOS device drops to 3G, though that might be a little too "laggy" for whatever specific condition that needs to occur.

1000$ is very little compared to some of the 'Giants' out there.

On topic - In my opinion having a 3rd building is just taking advantage off a glitch. Never worth reporting, hacking is for sure, but glitching? - how many ppl on here turn their bulidings so they can save space by letting their ends fall off the hood? Its all the same for me.
