How essential are gold money buildings latter?

I have avoided spending to much on this game since it is just an app but now seriously considering buying 1500 gold bars and getting the rock cafe's, wedding chapels, pirate taverns and in 10 levels the gentlemen's clubs and spending the rest on body guard agencies.

I would imagine this would really help build the money to start on those high dollar buildings will need at end game to be able to buy things like jets.

Currently collecting about 300k a day from my buildings and robbing about $700k but the rob amount will reduce as I attack more so income is low and unless something changes end game can't see end game items being in reach.

So for end game money is it essential to build your own hoods income or is it just as variable to build your attack to a level where you can just rob others? I guess the concern is with defense buildings it may not be possible to get attack high enough to hit those you want.

i'm leveling up as fast as possible in order to get access to rock cafe, pirate tavern and gentleman's club. i can't wait to have an additional 80K/hr income once i build a pair of these three buildings!

That's kinda what I did. I have gold in the bank for the Taverns and Gentlemen's clubs and already have the Cafes. I can't wait for the income.

I'm at the exact same level as you and how you rob 700k per day is beyond me. i constantly search the rivals list all times of day and just don't see it, i get a 150k per day maybe, if i'm lucky. people just don't leave their hoods unattended that much anymore

Over the weekend been making over a mil a day from robs just finding buildings worth 2-3k per hit and then 2 or 3 times a day usually find a cash cow where you can rob them for 100k+ but like you said finding these people is getting harder with more people checking you need to be there as they come up for collection as often find someone else robbing it at the same time.

gold isn't essential to play this game but it makes it much easier short and sweet to answer the question :)

There are money buildings that can be bought with game cash such as the credit agency, hotel, office building, nightclub, and casino which can make lots of good money but if you notice cash money buildings take a very long time to build, upgrade, and cost a lot to upgrade. So no it is not neceassary to buy gold buildings but it is hard to generate the income needed for high cash money buildings without them.

This is basically what I was thinking there are other high level buildings but getting the money for them without the gold buildings will be difficult and slow.

In my case I have brought the pirate taverans, rock clubs, wedding chapels and in 9 levels will get the gentlemens clubs with 499 bars left which I might top up and get a palms hotel. This has tripled my income already.

Gold buildings will most definitely give a huge leg up to the economy. I only have the one ice cream shop from freebie gold. Must resist... golden path...

not saying im rich or anything but i buy some of the gold just for that upper hand and makes things easier. but ive cross some people who is stronger than me with no gold purchased items.

Trust me there are high level players who are kiccin major butt and are not gold players but those are the ones who made wise decisions and incorporated a wise economy strategy from the beginning.

Gold buildings are game-changing for your economy. Not a necessary thing to be successful, like Penutt stated, but definitely having a huge effect on your capability to expand, equip, upgrade, etc.

I somewhat agree but I have a game plan that involves a thriving economy without gold buildings. You just need patients to make it work.

On the flip side I see a lot of hoods with hold buildings. Unupgraded and essential late game builds lofts etc upgraded. I think people neglect the fact that the quick buck made from gold buildings should be pumped back into the economy upgrading the Non gold big buildings.
