Got my gold back promptly for a missclick I did ingame. Best customer service ever!

how long did it take? I had a misclick for 200 odd gold. Emailed 48 hrs ago and no response as yet! :(

Around 24 hours and it was only 25 gold lol. The staff are awesome. I got a email saying they were looking into it about 3 hours after the email I sent. Then when I logged on just now I noticed I had my gold back.

yeah I sent a similar message. Looks like I wont be getting mine back then. Taking too long for a response.

Thing is its v annoying because it is to easy to spend gold when the game is running slow.

Don't give up yet! It took two or three days about, but I got my Zeus Theater back after I sold it by mistake.

In my experiences with the Funzio staff I have had good results. I have never had to wait more than 2 days for a response and my issues have always been handled in a decent amount of time.
