I missclicked and bought a gold item that i DO NOT want. Is it possible to reverse this and remove the item and get my gold back?

Who do I email and whats the email address?

Make sure to include your level, friend code, in-game username, and any other useful information, such as what you accidentally purchased, when it happened, and so on. Good luck.

I used 150+ gold bars by mistake for finishing a building upgrade. FUNZIO refunded my gold in about a week. Great response time considering this happened just after christmas and before new year. Good luck!

Don't worry they will take care of it. i did the same thing on sunday night New Years Day, and within 24hrs it was fixed. some of the best customer service i have ever seen. Very rare this day and time.

Yeah, I'll give props to Funzio for their customer service. Hell, I give 'em crap about enough other stuff. They put a Zeus Theater back that I sold by mistake, and in a timely manner too.

I just accidentally sped up my construction of my Loft for 38 gold :( I would email Funzio, but I did the same exact thing to my other Loft for 77 gold. I have a feeling they wouldn't be too understanding a second time.
