number of high lvl players

lol this seems kinda dumb. but...i always suspect there are only 80 or so guys above lvl 130. so i ran a simple experiment. Every rival list has 20 ppl shown, and well...supposedly all rivals are shown randomly :) I record down the appearances of five of my friends in rival list and...i log in 10 times at different times of the day (over two days). the resulting probability on average is about 0.26, which means that out of 20 random ppl, there's o.26 chance that my one particular friend is there. and using simple statistical method there are only 70-80 ppl above lvl 130 (99% of my rival list is above lvl 130)

What if all of us L130+ people added each other? Would we see blank rival lists, or would it be like before when it was open season on L90+ people?
