What to Build?

I have soooooooooooo much space and over 500,000 dollers to spend and can easily make 500,000 more in about 4 days with these new buildings i want to get the best.

Dominican rest, MT, Loft, Internet, Bowerstone, Wholesale warehouse, Mueseum, Crem, Upscale club.

Go for the Dom first tho, MT and Lofts

When I found myself in a similar situation I went with the movie theaters. Then I upgraded them as far as I could as quickly as I could, and since then I have been able to afford a loft, Dominican restaurants, Internet companies, comedy clubs, a beachside inn... Maybe a few other buildings and lots of upgrades.

Get the Dom Restaurants & upgrade them to level 4 as fast as you can. They are worth it.

If you don't have MT's or Lofts, I would go with those first.
They triple their income with the first upgrade to level 2.

If you want Dominicans go for it. They're cheap enough to buy with the money you have now.

I would say get those lofts built.

Sure, lofts look cool, once their roi is complete they make you a nice amount of cash, others do to and have shorter roi, theyre smaller and less cool looking but i like them

I'm heavily invested MTs and lofts with lofts at level 5 and MTs at level 7 they net me about 570k every 12 hours. I'm just starting to upgrade my dominicans to the level 5 70k income. They're all great options. I'd recommend upgrading the MTs to level 4 before you build lofts though.
