Why does the bank job in West Side need 197 energy

I'm trying to get through the West Side Bank Job and it is requiring 196 energy points. How do I get thew extra 6 points? Am I missing something?

You need to spend skill points to increase your energy. Plan on getting at least 2,000 energy, 50 attack, 50 defense, and 20 to 30 stamina for when you are higher level.
