I sold both of my WHs and put up Pirates. Sold my Meat Factories and put up Condos. I think that's a good switch.

warehouse is one ugly building. no amount of window dressing helps, imho. besides, it is one of the worst space efficient buildings!

The only worse building in space efficiency is Basketball Court, and that's assuming it's upgraded in tandem with Warehouse. Basketball Court is cheaper and faster to upgrade and has a higher ceiling, so it's highly likely to be multiple levels ahead.

lol it's my favorite building coz it's kinda light color...a lot of the buildings are just dull colored cube soooooo ugly!!! ascetic-wise the best ones are upscale club, beach nightclub, warehouse, flower shop, and maybe condo.
