Does anyone know how long it takes hotel to finish being built when first bought? I think it is a couple of days but not sure and am trying to plan ahead because I am sure the upgrade price is ridiculous so I wanna sync it with the first go round.

the build times are on the data sheet according to that it says 96 hours to build.
