It's a good looking building!

Should I just buy the Hotel for $4 Million more?

i like the credit agency its a nice building, the hotel is also good, if it was up to me i would get the hotel first. i like it aswell, for me i like hotel, office building, palm hotel, gentleman club, credit agency, upscale club, french resturant, underboss house,

i dont like casino, nightclub, condos, french resturant, modern loft. crematorioum

I would say build the building that is 12 / 24/ or 48 hour in payout. AKA the Hotel.

When you do the math on many pf the high level buildings, there really isn't that much difference on payout over 24 yours per dollar spent. Might as well go with your schedule or aesthetics, whichever you like best.

i haven't unlocked either building, but they both look good on other hoods. i have a concern about the collection time for credit agency though- i prefer 12/24/48. if you don't have any problem with collection time, and you have space to place the buildings, go for both!

8-hr buildings are not that hard to manage if you sync them correctly (for example, collection times at 7am, 3pm, and 11pm). If not, you can sync them to be able to collect at least twice a day and reap 2/3 of the daily income.

I agree with the statement about the warehouses as well. I have two (lvls 6 and 8) and I have stopped any upgrades in planning to use the space for either the time that I can access the gentlemen's clubs, or to put up crematoriums or condos. Speaking of 8-hr buildings, I only have a few more levels to go to unlock those pirate taverns, which would also go great in the warehouse space.

We are at the same spot, I think. I just unlocked level 106, so my one warehouse will become a condo soon. My hood is becoming gentrified!

It's a decent buy, nice income and aesthetically pleasing. The big drawback is that they are terribly expensive to upgrade, mine will stay at L1 for quite a while.

I enjoy sleeping at night so 12/24/48 buildings are always my preference because once you sync them it makes them virtually rob proof and eliminates the need for a lot of defense buildings and upgrades. I do have four 8 hour buildings but about to sale 2 of them and replace them. If those are synced right as well a good nights sleep is still possible. As far as whether to get the credit agency or hotel for me its simple math, the hotel pays more. The credit agency is $225,000/day and the hotel is $285,000/day.
