Looks like there is quite a difference between your level and many of your rivals. The same thing happened to me today, but has since reverted back to normal. Refresh button = shuffle names. :\

I got the same thing too.. There's nothing to rob from these kind of opponents. And it gives u only 1 or 2 R when u hit them

seems like a lot of people have experienced weird rival lists today. Have only pvp'd the last hour or so but its been normal at level 81.

I had the same difficulty all day yesterday - really didn't feel like attacking or robbing people so many levels below me, so had to do the honorable thing and wait until I saw someone around my level (or above). Must have been an algorithm change?

i rob anyone anywhere any lvl anytime :)........ but my rival list hasn't looked like that so i haven't robbed low lvls.

Your rival list is based on the active players at the moment (not sure how much time is required to not be active when you are logged off). So, during maintenace period's or holidays (like this one), where lots of player would not have been logged in for long periods, your rivals list will expand. There was a maintenace period about a month ago where lvl 200 people were able to see down to lvl 5, this only lasted for a few hours, but it illustrated the point.

Once the holidays are over things should return to normal (that's if a lot of players didn't quit over this issue :))

I hope you're right cos I am about to quit. I wouldn't play a game that doesnt give me a decent chance to defend myself. I also don't intend to buy gold (my philosophy)... so there is no way for me to match up to people so many levels above. Its meaningless to be attacked and not being able to fight back. And if there is no strategy, then there's no fun. I would move on.
