I buy the Upscale Club or I save up to buy the condos?

I'm already building the Beachside Inn. Only 325k!

i started building upscale club today was goin to get condo but since the space was smaller i got the upscale club gonna get the beachside inn soon as this is done. upscale club takes 12 hr build time and the size is same as shoe store.

Upscale club is better, ROI is ~45 days. Condos are ~50days. U only need to collect once per day for club. More relaxing than condo (2times). Spacing is smaller too.
Build time is faster than condo (96hrs). U can buy 2 clubs instead of 1 condo.

The idea of beach buildings is fine and all, but I never thought my hood was anything like a seaside resort.

Edit. presumably each new buliding is Type B, but would be useful just to double check once one is built.

I think the Gingerbread House is type A.

I think I want both. I like both twice and once a day. Upgraded loft from 1 to 2 seems to be a nice deal for the cash.

Btw, i had the condo already building when the upscale club showed up. The time to condos and lofts are crazy.
