Does anyone remember when the Speed Demon was a PVP Loot item?

After that they turned it into a Limited Gold Item.

I guess no one looted this much? Rarely do I see a lot of these in peoples inventory. I assume drop rates were steady then?

I looted 2 of them. It didn't stay for long. maybe a week or so.
