I tried to log in to the game, and it comes up with a message
"There is an issue with your account. For help, please contact mobile@funzio.com"
Can someone please tell me what is going on? I do not hack/cheat, or post offenses messages.
I am a regular player and am now vulnerable to robberies since I cannot log in.

You got banned! Contact funzio and they will tell why you got banned...

It's probably due to technical errors, at their end. Didn't that happen to you Ram? You couldn't access your account, or was that someone else?

I'm currently in San Francisco like 5 blocks from their location. Going to make a visit tomorrow morning to ask WTF.
Maybe you spammed someone's wall? You can get banned from spamming.

Seriously? I've been spammed many times, and there are countless posts in this forum that even recommend it. Banned? Isn't that a bit harsh? Shouldn't they at least warn you once?

I think they only ban you temporarily if you are banned for spamming. You should contact Funzio and you probably will be unbanned.

The best way to get your answer is to just email them at mobile@funzio.com or crimecity-ios-support@funzio.com and ask them what the deal is.

Yeah I got banned for 5 days like 2 weeks ago because I had written "**** Off" with orange cones in my hood! :cool:
