Transferring profiles...

I was wondering about this... I got an ipod with a profile already on it that I don't want. Is there any way to remove this profile and start a new one?? It completely sucks and I can't do anything with it in means of attacking/robbing the lvl I'm at is too high for the attack and def I have. So please, how can I reset and start my own game?
