I checked all the lists I have, couldn't find any mention of it. Where did you see it?

Edit: I really hope you didn't mean the Night Vision Binoculars (16/16) at 300 respect. If so, I feel dumb for not thinking about it first.

Nop, it's the night spy optics. it's the same design as the Night Vision Binoculars...

Hmm, will keep an eye out for it. Where did you see them? (Rival? Showed up in your inventory?)
