If you divide your attack or defense by the number of Mafia Members you have; that number you get. If its around 25-30 is that generally good.

Mine is around 10 attack and 20 defense.

thats not a guide? you're asking who would win in an actually fight in real life? that has nothing to do with how people get their ratio's for attk and def.

Anyway...

The ratio between atk and def really isn't anything more than a way to gauge whether you should add or remove mobs. There's nothing scientific about the numbers, either, I think 30 was thrown out once as a baseline by someone. It just shows if you're averaging 30 atk and def per mob, you have them fairly well armed. If you're around 10 like you mentioned, it's likely because you have way more mobs than you have weapons for them to use. The overall atk and def numbers are what ultimately matter, but looking at the ratio gives you a way to determine whether you may want to scale back on mobs, or simply put some money into buying weapons.
