When did you save for Nightclub?

When did you all start saving for nightclub? At what level and what income? I just hit 70k income so I figured I'd start saving now. What did you all do?

I don't have a nightclub but I seen someone that has a level 9 nightclub that I could rob but he had way too much defense :(

Haha I didn't try! He had 40000 defense and was 30 lvls higher than me

Everytime i save for a nightclub i find myself giving in to a lesser building. I have no self control :(
