I see that alot of people have several Armored Police Trucks. It is a loot item but i dont know how to get it. Can someone help me?

Two ways, you can loot it when you attack other players. I believe the drop rate for loot is 1 in 8 times and there are 18 possible loot items from PVP attacks.

The easier way would be to farm the Teahouse (Set up Opium Trade) in the upper left hand part of China Town. (190 EN, 2.6-7.8k). The drop rate is pretty low, but at least when you do loot an item from it you will know it is an Armored Police Truck.

I've got like 105 Armored Trucks. Got them all in winning PVP fights.
