Top right corner buildings

Guys I'm sure iv seen this before but had a search and can't find.

I'm looking to use my space completely with no spare land, what can I use to fill the too right hand corner space? Can't seem to fit it exactly!

Its 10X10 in sidewalk blocks, a basketball court fits exactly in the space.

couldn't we just call it the top corner?

there are loads of options:

1 basketball court
4 safehouses
2 electronic co + 2 safehouses
2 fish store + 2 abandoned building
25 machine gun turrets

there are probably scads of other options - those are just a few that should use the full 10x10 building space space.
