Anyone had response from Funzio lately? Ever?

I've contacted Funzio on 3 occasions over the last 2 weeks.
Once for a cheater report.
Once cos my bank balance had been zero'd during a server glitch (twice)
Yesterday cos I'd lost gold.

Not had any responses :(

Anyone else had any responses from crimecity-ios-support@funzio.com ?

As I already wrote in your next thread, I had. I just checked my mail archive: They fixed my problem and replied on a Sunday within 6h 54min.

I've contacted them twice in the last week, and they handled each problem and gotten back to me within 12 hours....

Each time I've had to contact them I've had my problem solved within 24h.

Also worth noting, I didn't use the email address you did. I used support@funzio.com

I had a problem with 150gold I paid for something that was ummm misleading, I sent them a nice email, they sorted it out and refunded my gold within 2days (I thought that was kind of good considering it involved gold.)

They do good with responses I feel, maybe you should spend some money on gold lol

Heard back twice within 24 hrs, once in 72, to which they apologized profusely as the ticket I had responded to was "closed"
