I'm level 93 and been having my russian restaurant for some time. The crazy thing is that I haven't seen ANYONE with it! And i do a lot of robbing etc. I have many lvl 100 and so on my list too, but haven't come across anyone with it in their hood either. Is this a very unpopular building or something..? And why is that? Just find it really weird that no one has it...

I have 2. just because I don't have enough money for french (not italian) restaurants.
the good things for those restaurants are they often be ignored by robbers, because they look like poor cost buildings. just place them together, robbers might spare them.

Russian Restaurant truly is neglected; it was even missing from my payout list. In terms of ROI, it's commensurate with its level, fitting in with Underboss' House, Modern Loft, French Restaurant, and Condos.

not sure if I can see any of you guys in the next 3 month or not. 1 or 2 more months and most people we see here will start leaving the game, only need to care about ROI of high cost buildings if you can play the game at least 6 months.

The combined build time for all level 1 buildings, including the gold ones is 3.6 months. It's true that the upgrades need a long view, but in terms of optimized building to get to the Russian Restaurant, ignoring the gold buildings and Nightclub, assuming 2x of everything else, including the Crematorium, and assuming enough cash and expansion flow to keep things moving in a chain, it's doable in 39 days.

Sorry, don't really understand what you mean...?

He's saying that high level buildings aren't worth it unless you play the game for at least six months, and he does have a point. Still, despite the long ROI it is feasible to construct them long before the six month mark.

You should know by now that is a common theme with Khung003.

Based on my experience of people levels 87-200. Russian restaurant, Techno Club, Mansion, Modern Loft, all appear very unpopular. Perhaps with the next wave of players this will change.

As an aside,
regardless of payout, The Techno club is a really ugly building.

Gold sometimes has it's uses. However I have never succumbed to use it to speed up construction of a building because it just seems such a waste.

Techno Club and Mansion are atrocious values, and it would appear that players intuitively understand this. Modern Loft isn't particularly horrible. I think the tapering off effect you're seeing is a byproduct of long ROI times with the higher level buildings combined with the relative lack of players reaching those levels. After all, how many Casinos and Office Buildings do you come across?

Quite a large amount of the 150-200 levels have office buildings and a lot of levels 185 and up that I see ARE starting to build casinos.
