Is Arcade worth investing?

imo 1 hour buildings are not worth investing much into. leave them until all other options are much more expensive.

I think it's value is definitely in the shorter term. The higher up you get, it seems less and less valuable.

On the other hand, though, no one will ever rob it. I have two at level 5, it's like $500 an hour, which is nice, but I probably only get nine or 10 of them a day. I've gone back and forth of whether to just sell them off. I may still do that.

Assuming perfect collection, the initial set of buildings should be at levels 6-8 before upgrading arcade to 3.
