Level toggle

I did a search and didn't see a thread for this, but I'm assuming that when you switch the level toggle to "off" that opponents cannot see the levels of your buildings, is that correct?

Only YOU will not see the levels of any buildings in your hood or a rivals. A pointless feature IMHO.

I believe only YOU cannot see the level of your buildings. The rivals can.

I guess its to make your hood look "clean" by not having artificial numbers on everything.
