New map glitch?

Anyone else started off with partially completed jobs in the new maps? My example is the zeohander airplane job on empire airport...it started with 3/7 hits completed.

I never knew there was an airport at what level is this unlucked?

Same! Jobs at empire airport for me are like this too. I got 3/7 hits on that plane too.

Yea its weird stuff man. I cant remember when They were unlocked...believe its when u hit level 90 (open for correction)
