I built all good lower level buildings and now need help deciding between a movie theater, Internet company, or fancy restaurant? Someone help me out and let me know which one to pick?

Look around the forum for a link to Tloord's google spreadsheet. It should have some info on some of the upgrade costs, incomes, and upgrade times.

Movie Theatre because upgrade times are quick and the first upgrade triples their income. I have two of em at level 3.

Just get used to it, some people are very unfriendly here.. I think you should go for the movie theatre bcs it's good money and especially if you upgrade it (the first upgrade triples the money). But you know, the fancy restaurant is great too. Doesn't really matter which one you buy first since I assume you are going to buy all of them sooner or later. But my suggestion, start with the movie and then go for the restaurant.. good luck!

agree with Amber. MT is one of the two mid-level buildings (the other is the loft) that triples in income when you upgrade from lvl 1 to 2. Most other buildings only double. So, I would go with MT first, then loft. That's what I did. I didn't bother with the brownstone or the flower shop till I had my MTs and lofts.
